Product Return Policy

We believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from www.CreativeColouringCourse.co.uk. We understand, however, that there can arise valid reasons to return a product. To put your mind at ease, we have a no-hassle return policy:

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its original protective packaging within 30 days of the date you receive the product. On receipt of your returned item we’ll exchange it or process a full refund based upon the original payment method. We will reimburse you for the delivery costs you paid except where multiple items have been ordered and not all of them are being returned. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

When returning goods, please include your full name and email address so that we can match the return to you and process the exchange or refund accordingly. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage. We can not issue a refund until the item arrives back in our warehouse in a re-saleable condition.
